    • 15-30 days before the tour start date: You will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This partial refund accounts for the expenses we have incurred in preparation for your tour.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour start date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made within this period due to the advanced preparations and costs already incurred.
    • No-shows: If you do not show up for your tour and do not provide any notice, no refund will be issued.

    In rare instances, we may need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our control.
